During the Althua held in Honor of the late Emperor, it seems that Jonan Drax himself made a point of boring the guests to death with the law... Additionally, he confirmed that The Emperor was recovering from his wound but that he was alive and "taking visits".
He said the Althua was held "too soon"... Whatever that means.
